You are your own best advocate- and I'm here to help you step forward feeling validated, confident, and clear about what you want and need as you navigate perimenopause.

This session is here to change that.
 

We’ll spend 90 minutes together mapping your symptoms, patterns, and lived experiences across four core areas—physical, emotional, cognitive, and environmental.

We will clarify where you are in your hormonal arc, and what your body might be asking for next.
 

Then we’ll shift into self-advocacy strategy:

  • Language you can use with your provider.
  • Labs or care options that are available to you but rarely offered.
  • Scripts that help you speak assertively & confidently


After your session, you'll receive a personalized Symptomology & Self-Advocacy Guide you can bring to your next appointment or keep as a reference.
